The services rendered by bureau BrevetMarcService are the following:

-   industrial design  developing (elaboration);

- artistic and design development and registration of the new industrial design;

- preparation and recordation of the industrial design    assignments, license agreements and other relevant law documents;

- overall tracking of the procedural deadlines;

- administrative and judicial protection of the interests of the holders of the intellectual property objects.

1. Requirements for the industrial design application, including the necessary documents.

Information and documents which are necessary by the time of filing of the application:

a) the applicant’s full name, domicile and address ;

b) denomination of the product and number of class(-es) it refers;

с) precise graphical images of the industrial design with the neutral background and with the minimum size 3х3 см, and maximum size 16х16 см(8 color samples and 4 black and white samples). The image can be presented in one or several projections of the same scale.

с) One application can include up to 100 industrial designs filed in the name of one single applicant with the conditions of belonging to the single class of International Locarno's Classification of industrial design (Classification).

Information and documents that must be filed within two months following  the filing date of the application with the Patent Office:

The formal examination – 3 months following the filing date.

The opposition term – 3 months following the publication date.

The substantive examination - 6 months following the publication date.

Issuing of the Official Action of Registration – 1 month following the examination.

Payment of the official fee for registration and granting of the Certificate– 3 months following the date of issuing of the Official Action.

Granting the Certificate – 2 months following the date of payment of the official fee.

4. Duration of the procedure.

The period from filing till the issuance of the Certificate is approximately 15 months, unless there are filed/issued any claims, demands, refusals, etc.
